If I am renting a container, does TITAN maintain it?

Maintenance is included with all our cold storage rental contracts. If you rent what we call ‘dry storage’ – shipping or storage containers that aren’t chilled – we will remedy a fault if something goes wrong, such as a problem occurring with a door or lock.

If, however, this has been caused by misuse or accidental damage, the responsibility to repair the container is yours. Please check out our full terms and conditions.
